I received my confirmation email, when will I receive my gift cards?

If you are now wondering when you will receive your rewards after receiving your confirmation email. 

We release all promotion codes or gift cards with redemption instructions a day prior to your check-in date.

If you have checked into your hotel, but have still not received your redemption email.

All guests should receive their reward email before checking into their hotel. Make sure to check your spam folder, or reach out to our CS team at [e-mail] if you are unable to locate your redemption email and our CS team will assist in getting you your rewards information!
