Can I change my reward selections after I receive my confirmation email?

I selected rewards, but have not received my redemption email yet and changed my mind.

Yes, you can change your rewards selections until 2 days before check-in. To do so, please email [e-mail] and our CS team will send you a link to update your reward selections!

I received my redemption email and checked into my hotel, but I'd like to change my rewards.

If you have received your redemption email one day prior to check-in then you can no longer change or edit your reward selections. If you live outside of the U.S or have other circumstances that prevent you from being able to redeem your rewards please reach out to our CS team to further assistance.
