I booked direct, but I haven't received my rewards email.

I selected rewards at check-out but did not receive a confirmation email.

Upon booking your room and selecting your rewards, you should have received a separate confirmation email from [e-mail] with your rewards selections. We will send you the reward redemption instructions with codes one day prior to your stay. Please check your spam folder, and reach out to our CS team if you still need assistance.
